• Existing branch’s MOA and AOA.


• Agreement of the lease for the new branch.
• A legal representative’s notarized power of attorney who will be acting on the behalf of you or any shareholder of the company.
• Certificate of registration and license of the existing company which should be attested by the UAE Embassy.
• Board resolution of the directors of existing company.
• Complete profile of the company of the main branch.
